The Upland Police Department has requested our assistance in traffic control for the Chamber of Commerce sponsored: Tour de Foothills 2022, to be held on Saturday, November 12th. This event will consist of three rides: 100 mile ride; 64 mile ride; and 32 mile ride. All three events will have the same starting route which will be the area that CERT will assist with. The route will be north on Euclid (from the railroad tracks) to Sixteenth and east on 16th to Campus.

Equipment needed: Long pants, Closed toe shoes, CERT vests, bright flashlight, FRS radio and Ham radio (if you have one).
We have spare FRS radios if you need one.
Duration: Volunteers are needed until the last group of riders passes your location and the PD has returned traffic signals to regular operation (from flashing red). This will be between 10:30 and 11:00 am.
