Following a major disaster, police, fire, and medical professionals may not be able to fully meet the demand for help. People will have to rely on each other to meet immediate lifesaving and life-sustaining needs.

This FEMA-based program was developed to provide basic training in emergency preparedness, safety and life-saving skills. Learn how to personalize your family emergency plan and “go bags” with the right equipment. Get hands-on experience with LA County Firefighters putting out small fires.
